Heather Fadden, Your Real Estate Professional

I am Heather Fadden, a licensed professional Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, Bothell.  I began my professional carreer in Real Estate in 2005, but have been personally involved in the industry since my early 20's.  

 

Here's a little of my personal history:  One of my first jobs out of high school was working for a Mortgage Company.  It was here that I learned some of the in's-and out's of buying a home. At the age of 23 I acquired my first home by MOVING a home scheduled for demolition onto a new lot.  I gained an immense amount of knowledge in every area of home ownership -from carrying a contract, getting a mortgage, to the building process of putting an old house on a new lot.  It was this first home that pulled me in to my love of Real Estate.  I learned to be extremely hands-on when it came to repairs and maintenance.  On any given weekend you could find me putting on a new roof or under the house installing new dryer venting.  If you've ever seen any of those "Flip Shows", this house was a classic example of a "Before".  

 

This home eventually turned into a rental property when I got married and moved to a bigger home.  20 years and many rentals later, I am still very involved in every aspect of Real Estate.  

 

I enjoy everything about this industry.  I love the hunt, I love looking for homes, I love finding a diamond in the rough or finding a smokin' deal!
